1. What we collect

When you use Viarnex Mall we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, delivery addresses and chosen pickup stations, order history, wallet transactions, and payment slips you upload for wallet top-ups. Suppliers additionally provide business verification documents.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to operate your account, process and deliver orders, verify wallet top-ups, contact you about your orders (email, in-app notifications, and WhatsApp where you've provided a number), prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties needed to fulfil your orders (suppliers see order details necessary to fulfil their items; logistics partners see delivery details) and where required by law.

4. Where data is stored

Account and order data is stored on our servers. Uploaded files (payment slips, product images, verification documents) are stored with our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare). Emails are delivered via our email provider.

5. Your rights (NDPR)

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to records we must keep for completed financial transactions). Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie strictly to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Retention

We keep transaction records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Payment slips for rejected top-ups are deleted after review.
