1. About Viarnex Mall

Viarnex Mall ("we", "us") is a cross-border e-commerce platform operated in Nigeria that connects buyers with suppliers in China. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information at registration, including a valid email and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Wallet & Payments

Purchases are paid from your Viarnex wallet, funded by bank transfer verified by our team. Wallet balances are held in Nigerian Naira (₦), are not interest-bearing, and are redeemable only for purchases on the platform or refunds as described below. Product prices are displayed in Chinese Yuan (¥) with a Naira reference; the final Naira amount charged is calculated at checkout using our published exchange rate plus the fees itemized before you pay (package handling, international shipping, currency conversion, and Nigeria delivery).

4. Orders & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by independent suppliers in China, consolidated at our China warehouse, shipped internationally by your chosen method (Air or Sea), and delivered to the pickup station you select in Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — international logistics can face delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues).

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are credited back to your Viarnex wallet.

6. Suppliers

Suppliers receive 100% of their listed product price. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and timely handover to our warehouse. Listings that are illegal, counterfeit, or misrepresented will be removed and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances relating to affected orders.

7. Prohibited Items

Items prohibited by Nigerian or Chinese law, counterfeit goods, weapons, and hazardous materials not declared through our sensitive-goods flags (battery, liquid, magnetic, fragile) may not be listed or ordered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
